The Role As our Senior Property Manager, you’ll look after a well-maintained portfolio with plenty of admin support behind you. Your Key Responsibilities Manage a tidy, established portfolio — with full admin support. Build genuine, lasting relationships with owners and tenants. Stay sharp on renewals, arrears, inspections, and maintenance. Be part of a fun, supportive crew every day. About You Proven property management experience under your belt. QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence in hand. People-first communicator who builds trust easily. Tech-savvy with PropertyMe (or similar CRM). Super organised, detail-focused, and on top of it all. Positive, proactive, and always a team player. Licence and reliable wheels ready to go.
